What's new in ProsteKarnety — appointments, Google Calendar and a dashboard that nudges you

Update and see what's landed

The latest version of ProsteKarnety is now in the App Store and Google Play. It's a big drop — Appointments are the heart of it, but there's more that saves time every day: Google Calendar sync and two new panels in the owner's dashboard. Here's a short tour, with links to the details for each bigger change.

Appointments — a schedule next to your passes

You book a client for a specific time, and once the visit is over you check off an entry on their pass with a single tap. Appointments can be recurring (every week on the same days), and you see your whole day as an agenda: Today, Tomorrow, Week. The owner sees the team's schedule, each employee runs their own.

It's the biggest new thing in this release, so we covered it separately — how Appointments work, step by step.

Appointments in your Google Calendar

If your venue lives in Google Calendar, connect it once in your organization settings — and new or changed appointments will show up there automatically. Each appointment shows its sync status, and you enable the connection separately per organization. Disconnecting or switching calendars is a single click.

A dashboard that nudges you

The web panel now has an insights panel — instead of raw numbers you get concrete signals to act on:

  • clients without an active pass,
  • passes not renewed,
  • clients inactive for a while,
  • passes expiring soon.

Each signal links straight to the list of those clients — you see who's worth reaching out to today, before they quietly drift away.

Instead of answering "how many clients do I have", the dashboard answers "what should I do today". That's the difference between a report and an assistant.

What you actually earn

The second new panel is finance: the value of active passes broken down by currency and a monthly revenue forecast, calculated from what you've actually sold. From the same place you can create a new pass — no jumping between tabs.

You'll find all of it after updating to the latest version. Get the app, and for the full month-by-month record head to the changelog.
